-1 Having a menu with 7 checkbuttons to choose from a set of 7 independent options is a bad idea. Imagine, you want to define your set of types you want to see. Assuming you have "MAR!?" and you want "CI" (not sure if anyone wants that ever, but the current interface allows it). This means, you have to open the menu 7 times. Highly inefficient. (RSI ensues). But I understand Yuki's argument. You want to see the effect while you change things, so hiding it behind is not good. Point taken. Thanks Yuki. The current checkbutton grave in the status bar just looks horrible and eats a lot of space for stuff. I will think about it some more.
