I've pushed rudimentary incoming support.  You can press incoming,
preview the incoming changesets, then press 'pull' to pull from the
bundle.   However, it's very fragile in bundle preview mode so I need
to decide whether to make a 'bundle preview' app or find a good way to
lock down the rest of the tool.

With a separate tool, I could remove all the buttons and menus except
for 'Apply', 'Reject'.
