To TortoiseHg translators:

A little while ago, Steve announced 'string freeze'.
Some languages was already translated completely,
as he said, now good timing to fix and improve translations.

Peer prepared 2 translation branch; unstable and stable on Launchpad.
Now we are in just before releasing, please translate on stable branch:
https://translations.launchpad.net/tortoisehg/stable/+translations

Well, there is a point of notice in context menu translation.
On 0.9 branch, we've dropped all Windows registry files in win32
directory, and putted together translatable strings to PO files.
So, you can translate context menu strings on Launchpad,
instead of submitting a registry files to dev-ML.

To test context menu translation, you need to generate Windows
registry files from PO files using 'reggen.py' in win32 directory.
Usage is very simple, you just run "python reggen.py" from command
prompt in win32 directory. It will generate Windows registry files to
same directory.
