I somehow wound up with my working directory not being up-to-date (usually I do pull+update, so this doesn't often happen). I was confused about not seeing my changes, until I realized the working directory wasn't updated.
It would be helpful if hgtk log gave a clear visual indication. Perhaps an arrow pointing to the working directory version?
