This changeset drops 'qup' extension support.
Because we already have 'move patch' feature on default branch and
I just added context menus in order to access them easily (from
now, they are provided only as keyboard shortcuts).

Additionally, if I remember correctly, 'qup' feature is not written in
TortoiseHg 0.9.x documentation.

I suppose there is no reason to keep 'qup' support on default branch,
but if someone want to keep it, please let me know :)
