As already announced to Steve, I've pushed a larger refactoring of
the context menu code of the shell extension.

summary: shellext: refactor CShellExtCMenu to use string tokens instead of
enums

http://bitbucket.org/tortoisehg/stable/changeset/dd4619fe1cce/

This will stay on the default branch for now (to be released
with 0.10).

The new code replaces the somewhat brittle enum trickery with
constant string tokens.

Perhaps this will open up a way to moving the definition
of the menu into a text file and reading that on startup
(instead of hard-coded tables and registry for translations).
