My usual work flow during the freeze before a release is to churn through

1) must-fix list
2) documentation
3) installer

Work on the MSI has occupied a lot of my time, and the must-fix list
for 1.0 is non-trivial so I'm expecting I won't get to the
documentation till rather late this time around which is rather unfair
to the translators.

If people will look at the must-fix list at
http://bitbucket.org/tortoisehg/stable/wiki/developers/TODO and put
their names next to issues that they volunteer to fix, I can update
the documentation much earlier this time around and hopefully give
more time for the translators to catch up.

It's also not a bad idea to assign issues to yourself when you intend
to start working on them, so that we don't step on each others toes
the next couple of weeks.

PS: hg-1.5 has been pushed out to Mar 3 because of Matt's vacation,
so we will again follow suit. Which is not so bad since February is a
short month.
