I've finally fixed all the GTK deprecation warnings we've been getting
since we updated to PyGtk 2.12 a year ago.  Now the only warning I see
with any regularity is:

tortoisehg/hgtk/hgtk.py:346: GtkWarning: Ran out of links

And according to http://www.uzbl.org/, this is a GTK regression and we
don't need to concern ourselves with it.  I noticed it doesn't appear
until you click on a changeset in the log viewer, or display a
changeset in the datamine tool... for whatever that's worth.
