Please bear with me if I did something stupid here; I'm new to all this. I'd appreciate a very close look by someone experienced.
The first patch fixes issue 1269: "Annotate Parent" now goes to the actual parent revision instead of to the next row in the list. Also it simplifies the code quite a bit, and it now works also when a file is renamed multiple times, which it previously didn't.
