I've got a small documentation update for the Web Serve (in-built,
light-weight web server).

There are three document sources changed:

1. The main Serve topic, providing a short intro to the Web
Serve, then adding a second sub-heading for the TortoiseHg heading
(alternatively, we could remove the command line bullet and text and
instead reference the Mercurial documentation of same). The
documentation is also expanded to show how to launch the serve from both
the Workbench and the Explorer Context menu. Finally, there is a link to
the outside Mercurial Wiki that discusses the use of http
synchronization.

2. Explorer source was modified to add a reference to the context
menu so that it could be referenced within the Serve topic.

3. Workbench source was modified to add a reference to the context
menu so that it could be referenced within the Serve topic.
