I'm having troubles getting removed files in a remote repository reflected in
my local repositories.

Lets say I clone my remote repository 2 times into two different local
repositories,
lets call them A and B. From A I remove some files, commit the change and push
it to the remote repository. Switching to B I now choose to synchronize and
see that i have one update. I commit the changes and see that the removed files
from A still exists in B. A "hg update" will remove the files from B, but I
can't figure out how to do this from the shell extension. (If I clone the remote
repository I can confirm that the removed files are in fact removed).

What am i missing? :)

Jakob
