Ok, so if I installed 0.4 RC<mumble> and then wanted to go back to  
0.3, would I uninstall 0.4 or could/should I just reinstall 0.3 over  
top?

Ok, thanks. I won't do that then. :)

will the official version be able to upgrade the RC, or isn't the  
versioning that sophisticated? I'm just concerned that I'll be stuck  
with the official version thinking itself is already installed when  
the RC is what is really installed. Hmmm, that seemed much clearer in  
my head. :)
