Appreciate the cross-post. Though I've not gone through it, I'm very sure we can find something there to help out TortoiseHg. BTW, in case you didn't know, TortoiseHg started as a fork from TortoiseBzr. But that was a year ago. I actually have had some help from Mark Hammond with shell extension issue before his 'official' involvement with TortoiseBzr. Frankly, I did feel a touch of disappointment that when I learned about his decision to work on TortoiseBzr, instead of TortoiseHg.
