At this stage, it's become clear that we are going to stay with PyGTK.
So from now on, I am doing away with the "hggtk" prefix on the summary
line of the changesets. This should also give us a little more space
to fit in more meaningful message.

As a simple example, the older summary of "hggtk/hgcmd: testing 1 2 3
4"  will become "hgcmd: testing 1 2 3 4". It's that simple.

Having said that, we may still use the "hggtk:" prefix in the cases
the changeset affect the PyGTK GUI in general.
