Matt also mentioned that there are some changes in the API, even if
they are just minor ones. So I am going to release 0.4 with 1.0.1 (in
a day or two). After that we will try to follow up with a quick 0.4.1
release to link to 1.0.2. Though an 0.4.1RC1 would seem like a safer
approach.
