You didn't allow the installer to overwrite the Mercurial.ini in
{PF}\TortoiseHg, so this extension is still being loaded but it no
longer exists.

You can get rid of the warnings by editing that file and commenting
out the loading of that extension.  Hmm, that should be in the FAQ.
