Sort of, but not really.  You can configure a default-push path in the
repo settings dialog, but the synchronize dialog will always use the URL
you have selected to perform the push/pull operations.

If you launch the synchronize tool from the command line via:

hgtk push

The default-push path will be made active at startup, but there's
currently no way to do this from the shell context menu.  I plan
to add 'push' and 'pull' buttons to the changelog viewer before 0.8,
and that will bring up the appropriate default URL.

But still, it's clunky.
