Fixes: * #182: crashes in commit/status/shelve caused by wide diff hunks * #128: crashes in annotate tool on some machines * #119: commits with thousands of files crashed hgproc.exe * #153: fix shell notification in hgignore dialog If you have had dialogs lock up on you, please try this release.
