I'm contemplating removing the GTK theme switching from the 0.8 installer. The bugs in the MS-Windows theme that forced us to offer multiple themes in 0.7 have been fixed, and I would like to reduce the number of variables in testing and in bug reports.
I'm ok with continuing to ship the other three themes, but the user will have to manually switch to one of the them by editing the shipped gtkrc file.
