It's clunky in the 0.7 branch, but what you want to do is view the
changelist in your external diff tool.  I think you have to select the
change before it, then right click on the change you want to
visualize, then pick 'visual diff...'

On the crew branch (slated to be 0.8 in July), you can use CTRL-D
nearly anywhere to launch the external diff tool.
