The latest nightly build added an RPC server for handling the updating
of directory overlay icons.  The server, named thgtaskbar.exe runs in
the system tray.  When you start it you'll see the Mercurial oil-drop
icon in the system tray.  If you click on it, you get a menu with two
items:  Options, and Exit.  Options brings up a configuration dialog
that doubles as a log viewer.   The shell extension configurables have
been moved into this application (from the user settings dialog).
Changes take effect as soon as they are applied.

The installer does not yet add thgtaskbar.exe to the startup menu, so
you must start the app yourself.

I haven't yet added translation support to the context menu, but that
should happen soon.
