You can't, since no one yet cared to find out how to both install the 32bit and the 64bit shell extension at the same time. Problem area that would need to be addressed first would be to find out how to do the doubled registry settings for this special case. True, but currently, the installer detects that you are installing on 64bit and picks the 64bit shell extension, effectively doing the registry settings once only for 64bit.
