OK, my apologies, I see now I was trying to push from an Administrator shell
(right-click shell -> "Run as administrator"), where Mercurial doesn't get
the homedirectory right. I notice another problem though; in order to cancel
tortoiseplink, when asked to authenticate, I have to press Cancel 7(!) times
in a row, and then it complains about "Too many authentication failures".
This is hardly optimal behaviour?
