Actually, that's happening with the 0.9 installer, not 0.9.1. I can only assume 
it's some kind of machine specific thing, but I have no idea what.

No, that's a new one.  But I'm going to be re-packaging 0.9.1 this
evening for other reasons.  Perhaps it will resolve this as well.
