I don't have anything specific to add, but I largely agree with the replies to this post (and the post itself). I don't notice substantial out-of-sync that isn't fixed with an F5. It isn't perfect, but the 95% of the time when it's basically correct far outweighs the remainder (and this remainder always seems to take care of itself for me).
I haven't heard complaints from my team and I think there are a vocal few who would have mentioned it if it was really annoyingly out-of-sync. One of these vocal few is a win7 64-bit user, but I'm still on vista.
