Resurrecting a long dead thread...

I've just added TSVN's diff scripts to thg-winbuild and our ISS
scripts, so they will begin to be packaged in our unstable nightly
builds in preparation for 0.10.

As part of the recent visual diff refactor, I got rid of the relative
paths used in the visual diff calls, so that should not be a problem
any more.

The remaining tasks are to teach the visual diff system how to use
these script for the appropriate file types, and to make the setup as
robust as we can.
