Apologies for being blunt, but that's pointless on principle. Continuing to hand out mismatched installers (0.9.2 TortoiseHg with the wrong TortoiseOverlays package in the upgrade case) while there already is a rectified package only increases the potential to create later headaches for no good reason. Having a broken download link instead of ending with a mismatched install is clearly the lesser evil.
