Hi translators
Currently we have suggested to new translators that they should not join the
"TortoiseHg I18N" group on launchpad, unless they want to upload pot files.
Maybe we should change that policy, to encourage all translators to join
this group even if they don't plan to upload pot files.
The benefit is that they will get a notification per email every time a new
.pot file is uploaded.
I would still not recommend membership of "TortoiseHg Translators", unless
one is willing to review every single translation for your language.
Perhaps this group should be renamed to "TortoiseHg Reviewers"
