Ah, I think I can see how this could have happened.  If you refresh
while on the commit preview tab without viewing the file in hunk
selection mode first, it can be in an inconsistent state.  Hmm, it is
probably time to get rid of filerowstart, as I don't think we'll ever
show more than a single file at a time in the hunk selection tab any
more.

Can you open an issue for this in our tracker?
