Pre-1.0 release (*.exe) installers were all-inclusive, meaning they install the right things on both x32 and x64 platforms. With the migration to proper "Windows Installer" (*.msi) installers done for 1.0, this was no longer possible, so we had to split the installers into x86 and x64. That's why there's no such thing as a "x64 build" for 0.9.x. 0.9.x installers were intended to be prepared for installing on x64 platforms.
