Hi !
Installing TortoiseHg 1.1.3 on a Windows XP Professional SP2 machine and adding
a user name via the Global Setting Window, the mercurial.ini file was not
created in %USERPROFILE% (C:\Documents and Settings\username) but in %HOME% (in
our case this is the root directory of a network drive). From the user
documentation I've learned that the per-user configuration file should be
located in %USERPROFILE%. I assume it's my misunderstanding but unfortunately I
haven't found any hint on this topic. There was no mercurial.ini file on this
computer before installing TortoiseHg.
Any idea what went wrong?
Peter
