2.0.3.  I'll upgrade right now.

If you're not using 2.0.5 or 2.1.1, I suggest upgrading.  This username issue was believed fixed some time ago..

But in a nutshell, you need to configure a username for yourself in the global settings tool (on the commit page).

When doing a merge, but after I resolve conflicts I have this page: 'Commit merged files' where I can add a commit message, which I do.

Then I click Commit and get this error:

% hg commit --verbose --message Marege with local VS revisions --repository n:\Websites\marples.com
abort:no username supplied (see 'hg help config')
[command returned code 255 Fri Jul 08 12:30:25 2011]

There is a username in the previous screen, but I can't include attachments on this list.

What am I doing wrong?

All of the data generated in your IT infrastructure is seriously valuable.
Why? It contains a definitive record of application performance, security
threats, fraudulent activity, and more. Splunk takes this data and makes
sense of it. IT sense. And common sense.
