I installed TortoiseHg 2.3 last week. For the past 2-3 days, I started noticing the context doesn't show up as I right-click on the explorer windows, files, folders and the desktop, inside or outside a mercurial repo. Later I noticed also that I have to always right-click a few times to get the context menu to show. Any idea why this is happening?
