Downloads used to be served from
https://bitbucket.org/tortoisehg/thg/downloads
A number of revisions ago I created an empty repository named files just so
I could host the downloads from there:
https://bitbucket.org/tortoisehg/files/downloads
The reason for this is that the other thg developers with push access did
not like having rights to delete files from the downloads page, and
Bitbucket did not allow for finer grained access rights.
So if the release was before we moved to the 'files' repository downloads
page, then it will be still found on the 'thg' downloads page.
