Try starting at section 4.8 at http://tortoisehg.readthedocs.io/en/latest/quick.html In brief: * Right click on your desktop (or within any folder, but not on a file) * Select TortoiseHG from the menu, then Clone. This will open a small Clone window. * Paste your URL into the "Source" field. * Click the "Clone" button. This will open TortoiseHG Workbench, but to access the files you can use the regular Windows file explorer to open the folder that cloning created.
