In that case it seems to me that we should make TSVN trunk point to the tip of SVN 1.10.x branch, as soon as possible. (Last time I looked, which was when I last updated it in January, it pointed to the common ancestor of SVN trunk and SVN 1.10.x.)
Later, some time after you branch TSVN 1.10.x, then we should update TSVN trunk to point to SVN trunk again.
