Thank you for your response. This does not worked for me. I tried to change registry HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Tigris.org\Subversion\Config\Miscellany\global-ignores. I have added *.log *.txt value. But when I tried to add new folder, I can see .log and .txt files in list.
