When I click on TortoiseSVN 1.14.1 - 64-bit, it redirects me to https://osdn.net/projects/tortoisesvn/storage/1.14.1/Application/TortoiseSVN-1.14.1.29085-x64-svn-1.14.1.msi/ . I see that IPv6 is enabled when I install this build. Does this sound right? Is there any need for a separate section https://osdn.net/projects/tortoisesvn/storage/1.14.1/Application/ipv6/?
