Updating my status and completing what you said, yes, I only installed Apache. The subversion plugin, I wasn't aware of. Thought Tortoise would be doing that. I installed VirtualSVN (before you answered, so please don't feel ignored =)), since for what I read, it was sort of Apache friendly. The installer includes it actually. http://www.visualsvn.com/downloads/ (downloaded the last one on the list) I now apparently have a SVN server running. It states that https://<servername>/svn is its address (what should I be seeing if I go to that address? Right now I get a "not found" IE error). I linked the repository to the folder I had setup using TortoiseSVN, on my D: drive. So, I imported a file, and then made a checkout to a new folder. The original file is completely outside of the versioning (no icon mods) and the checked out is versioned. As far as local versioning goes, I'm all done. Now how do I do that using the server?
