hi!

  I added some stuf to the freshly created repo and perform "undo add" on 
group of files some of which were not yet added. Suddenly unversioned files 
had been deleted. It's too pitty. 

so i perform the following sequence of actions using a little bit outdated 
tortoise svn (though i didn't see undo issues in changelogs) 

0) have files some of which were added but not commited to the repo and 
some of which are unversioned (skipped)
1) selected this files
2) use Undo Add button from context menu
3) got unversioned files deleted and previously added files left 
unversioned.

OS: Windows 7 Enterprise x64
