Also not meant for that.
Check out a separate working copy for yourself, and commit from there.
A working copy should be on your local harddrive, not on some network. The 
repository is on the network, and that's all - the rest is local.

Also, WebDAV drives don't support all necessary locking mechanisms svn 
requires from a working copy. That's why you're getting the errors.
