I finally got sick of not being able to do diffs and searched back through the posts for this one. Anyway, I don't know what happened but my diff-doc.js file got corrupted. It shows itself on the drive as being 6,340 bytes, but when I open it in various editors, or type it from the command line, it's empty. I mean nothing. Anyway, I went to my other computer and copied its version of the file onto my broken install, and now it's doing diffs again. Thanks for the help.
