Use Procdump (procdump -ma -i C:\dumps) or Windows Error reporting (https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb787181(VS.85).aspx) to generate a full dump, open the dump in Windbg, add Microsoft symbols (https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/desktop/ee416588(v=vs.85).aspx) and TSVN symbols (http://www.crash-server.com:8080/public/tsvn/71040F62-F78A-4953-B5B3-5C148349FED7/symsrv) inside Windbg, now run *.srcfix* and next run run* !analyze -v*. Now look what Windbg tells you.
