Use Procdump (procdump -ma -i C:\dumps) or Windows Error reporting
(https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb787181(VS.85).aspx) to generate
a full dump, open the dump in Windbg, add Microsoft symbols
(https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/desktop/ee416588(v=vs.85).aspx)

and TSVN symbols
(http://www.crash-server.com:8080/public/tsvn/71040F62-F78A-4953-B5B3-5C148349FED7/symsrv)

inside Windbg, now run *.srcfix* and next run run* !analyze -v*. Now look
what Windbg tells you.
