I am new to your forum and I am not setup to do the builds and try it out myself, plus when I try to look at the repo at https://svn.code.sf.net/p/tortoisesvn/code/ I only see up to r28125 even through TortosieSVN show log. I also didn't see anything new in the bug report forum https://sourceforge.net/p/tortoisesvn/tickets/. I will check back next week. At the very least I will monitor release notes for my fix in a formal release.
