I restored "%AppData%\TortoiseSVN\MonitoringData.ini" from a backup copy
(something I do when my projects disappear) and I could see all svn logs
just fine. But shortly after that Project Monitor can't connect any more to
any of the repositories. I get en error message like this:

Unable to connect to a repository at URL
'https://example.com.local:8443/svn/foo'
Host desconocido.

... where "Host desconocido" means "Unknown host". All repos are hosted at
fake internal domains within our LAN and name resolution happens in our
internal DNS server (it's a Windows domain if that matters).

If I copy the URL from the "Edit project" dialogue and paste it anywhere
else (Firefox, command-line svn, TortoiseSVN Repo-browser) I see the
repository just fine.

Do you have any clue of what the problem can be or what additional
trouble-shooting I can do?
