FTR: Last 1.7-based TSVN release was TSVN 1.7.15 (based on SVN 1.7.18).
There has not been any TSVN 1.7 release based on SVN 1.7.19-1.7.22 and
should have been considered EOL since at least 2014-12-15 (the time SVN
1.7.19 was released).
Also please don't double post @OP (you asked the same on the dev list, too).
