Did you copy it with explorer? If yes: did you also copy over the hidden 
.svn folder?

in case you had an old TSVN version on your old pc and now a new version, 
right-click on a working copy and you'll see a context menu entry "TSVN 
Upgrade wc".
use that to upgrade the working copy to the new version.
