Stefan, can you please try to reproduce this by putting the .svn folder on 
another drive and then create a symbolic link? I think this issue can be 
resolved by waiting for the file transfer to complete before renaming it, 
since I believe what TSVN tries to do now is to do the move and rename 
simultaneously.
