Hi,

I experienced the Repo Browser crash in v1.12.0, as discussed in other
threads. While it has been confirmed that this is fixed in the nightly
build, I thought it'd be more prudent to use the release candidate.
Unfortunately, the installation seems less obvious that I'd expected.

I started from the nightly build link (
https://nightlybuilds.tortoisesvn.net/). This shows the different folders
and also includes installation instructions. Specifically, the instructions
include "...you need to download the .msi file...". Both the nightly build
folder (https://nightlybuilds.tortoisesvn.net/latest/x64/full/) and the
release candidate folder (
https://nightlybuilds.tortoisesvn.net/1.12.x/x64/full/) include several msi
files but they are named as language packs (e.g.
LanguagePack_1.12.0.28592-dev-x64-de.msi). This is a different file name
than the normal installer (e.g.
TortoiseSVN-1.12.0.28568-x64-svn-1.12.0.msi). I also note that the folders
include DLLs. This suggests that the installation method might be to simply
use these files to overwrite an existing installation. Is that correct, or
am I missing something?

Is there a mismatch between the installation instuctions for the nightly
build (and release candidate) as compared with the files that are available?

Regards.
