please have a look at the build.txt file in the root of the TSVN working copy. It explains how to build TSVN. Since only the TSVN part itself is done in the VS solution file, the other libs are built using the build script. This has the advantage that the libs are only built once and development can then be done without ever having to rebuild those libs (until they're updated).
